Follmann to raise prices of printing inks and coatings

Confronted already at the beginning of the year with increased raw material prices, shortages, and rising freight and packaging charges, Follmann has had to allow for higher costs. Since the trend is ongoing and these price hikes cannot be offset despite rigorous measures to reduce costs, sales prices will have to be raised accordingly as from 2022. Only through a commensurate increase in prices can Follmann continue to ensure optimum service and technical support while maintaining consistently high product quality.

The price adjustments affect printing inks and coatings. Of the raw materials used in the manufacture of these products, the main cost drivers are pigments and binders. All customers will be informed personally of the essential price adjustments via Follmann’s sales organization.
