On June 3 and 4, 2025, our first Textile Symposium took place at the Technology and Knowledge Center in Minden – two days entirely focused on innovation, knowledge transfer, and exchange along the textile value chain. Together with experts and engaged participants, the event became a successful industry gathering with numerous highlights.
With the Textile Symposium, we aimed to create a platform that promotes open dialogue between industry, research, and practice. Because we firmly believe: lasting solutions – technological, economic, and sustainable – can only be created through collaboration. In a familiar atmosphere and with a shared vision for the future of technical textiles, we introduced new ideas and strengthened existing partnerships.
Relive the unique atmosphere of the symposium: our photo gallery and video highlights offer authentic impressions – from the expert presentations to direct interactions at the exhibition area, and the atmospheric rooftop dinner.
Our recap video takes you on a visual journey through both days of the event. Discover what’s driving the textile industry – compactly presented in moving images.
On both days, guests enjoyed a diverse program of high-caliber expert presentations. Key topics included sustainable materials, digital brand management, technical fabrics, and current developments in adhesive technologies.
In addition to exciting practical insights, participants gained exclusive glimpses into the research and development work of leading companies and institutions.
A central feature of the Textile Symposium was personal exchange. Whether during breaks, at the in-house exhibition, or at our evening rooftop networking dinner – there were plenty of opportunities to make new contacts, maintain existing networks, and engage in meaningful conversations.
The blend of informal ambiance and professional content was very well received by our guests.
After the presentations on the second day, we opened the doors to our production facilities. Guests had the opportunity to get exclusive insights into our manufacturing processes – including, for the first time at an event, our production of reactive binders.
At the concurrent in-house exhibition, our partner companies showcased innovative solutions and current product developments. The opportunity for direct exchange with on-site experts was actively used.
We thank all participants, speakers, and exhibitors who made the Textile Symposium 2025 an inspiring and successful industry event. The personal exchanges, exciting expert insights, and lively atmosphere demonstrated just how important shared platforms for innovation and networking are.
We already look forward to welcoming you again at the next Textile Symposium in two years.
