We have already successfully hermetically sealed a number of different substances using microencapsulation technology, such as heat transfer oils for latent heat accumulators and oils and lubricants to generate a lubricating effect when subjected to mechanical load.

Microcapsules can also be incorporated in an existing coating system to improve protection against corrosion. This product is useful in a range of applications, such as on steel ships or offshore wind turbines, and ensures practically zero maintenance.
